I love international weddings because they have a whole mix of cultures and traditions, ways how people celebrate it and how they behave. This Swedish-German in particular at Haldmühle zu Bissersheim Wedding Location was no exception! Since I’ve arrived and till the moment I left, I felt a very friendly and open atmosphere created by Linnea, Christian and their families.
To be honest the best way for me to photograph a wedding is, as not as a “photo shoot”. It should feel more like you are hanging out with one of your friends who just happens to be a professional photographer. Villa Schönborn Wedding of amazing Giusi and Giuseppe was exactly like this and I loved it!
Nature is a huge part of my life, especially forest and mountains. I have never thought that I will actually live in a national park. Moreover, not just any other park but the Black Forest (Schwarzwald) itself. Since 2015, we are blessed to live at the northern part of it and I have totally fallen in love with this place. I did an engagement not far from my home, and I was really looking forward to photographing my first real Black Forest Wedding.
Have you ever been to Corsica? I think you should, simply Google it – it has such a fantastic mounty landscape, white sand beaches and old beautiful cities. Right after we landed at Bastia, rented a car and went to Calvi, I fell in love with this incredible island. Above all, I like mountains, forest and sea – Corsica has it all! In my opinion, it is a great location for a wedding or an adventurous elopement.
Man, I can’t tell you enough how much I loved this Corsica elopement photo shoot! In other words, everything was exactly how I like it, everything was just perfect: our wonderful Bella & Ben (just real and fun married couple, with no modeling experience except for our first shooting day in Corsica) did such a great job, it was so easy to photograph their love and feelings to each other. Most importantly, they were open and did not care much about a camera pointed in their direction.
From the first moments at the Faroe Islands I felt like I am at another planet… Everything is different, everything is shocking beautiful… and calm. I couldn’t be more excited about our 4 day Faroe Islands adventurous elopement! This was definitely an adventure!
Lera & Jura wanted to do something special after their official wedding at home,.. something, that they would remember for the rest of their lives.
