Two Day Wedding in Tuscany

Two Day Wedding in Tuscany

Macy & Adam

There are weddings you photograph, and then there are weddings you truly *feel*. Macy and Adam’s two-day celebration in Tuscany was, without a doubt, one of the most unforgettable experiences I’ve ever had as a wedding photographer.

As a wedding photographer in Tuscany, I’ve had the privilege of capturing love stories in some incredible places—but this one was something else entirely.

From the moment I arrived at the villa, I knew this would be special. Nestled among rolling hills, olive groves, and endless vineyards, the location felt like a dream suspended in golden Italian light. The kind of place where time slows down, laughter lingers in the air, and every corner is effortlessly beautiful.

Day One: Welcome Dinner Magic

The celebration began with an intimate welcome dinner, and it couldn’t have been a more perfect start. Friends and family had traveled from all over the world, and you could feel the excitement and warmth in every embrace.

Long tables were set under the open sky, surrounded by breathtaking Tuscan views. The scent of fresh basil and wood-fired dough filled the air as chefs prepared authentic Italian pizzas right in front of us. Live music played softly in the background, blending perfectly with the hum of conversation and clinking glasses.

I moved quietly through it all, capturing candid moments—Macy laughing with her bridesmaids, Adam raising a glass with his closest friends, families meeting and instantly connecting. It felt less like a formal event and more like a joyful reunion.

Day Two: The Wedding Day

The wedding day began slowly, peacefully—one of my favorite parts to document.

Macy got ready in a sunlit room with her closest friends and family. There was music, champagne, and the kind of emotional energy that only exists on a wedding morning. She was calm, radiant, and completely present. Meanwhile, Adam prepared with his groomsmen, sharing jokes, adjusting ties, and taking in the significance of the day.

These quiet, intimate moments are what I love most as a wedding photographer in Tuscany—the real emotions, the anticipation, the connections.

The outdoor ceremony was simply breathtaking.

Set in the inner yard of the villa, the ceremony felt intimate and timeless. Soft floral arrangements framed the aisle, and as Macy walked toward Adam, there was a stillness that said everything.

Their vows were heartfelt and genuine, and by the time they said “I do,” there wasn’t a dry eye in sight—including mine, behind the camera.

After the ceremony, we took some time for a relaxed photoshoot with the bridal party. Nothing forced—just natural interactions, laughter, and movement. The Tuscan light did the rest. It’s in these moments that my work truly comes alive.

Guests gathered by the pool for a champagne reception, with the golden afternoon light reflecting off the water. It was elegant yet effortless—people mingling, celebrating, and soaking in the beauty of the moment.

As the sun began to set, everyone moved to a stunning outdoor dinner setting. Long tables were beautifully decorated with flowers, candles, and thoughtful details that complemented the natural surroundings.

The view was simply unreal—rolling hills bathed in warm, golden light. Speeches were emotional and heartfelt, laughter echoed across the valley, and the atmosphere felt almost cinematic.

This is why couples dream of getting married here—and why being a wedding photographer in Tuscany is something I never take for granted.

Just when it felt like the day couldn’t get any more magical, the night delivered its final surprises.

Fireworks lit up the Tuscan sky, reflecting in the eyes of every guest. And then, the celebration continued in a wine cellar—an incredible, atmospheric space where the party truly came alive.

Music, dancing, energy—it was the perfect ending to an extraordinary two-day celebration.

Macy and Adam’s wedding wasn’t just beautiful—it was meaningful, joyful, and deeply personal. It reminded me why I do what I do.

Capturing moments like these, in places like Tuscany, with people so full of life and love—it’s more than photography. It’s storytelling, emotion, and art combined.

And weddings like this one? They stay with you forever.

Steigenberger Inselhotel Wedding Shooting – Giovanna & Francesco

I think weddings are celebrations of peoples love. You can do them literally, as you wish: at a remote island with only a photographer as a witness or, for example, among your friends and family at a beautiful wedding location near a nice lake. This is exactly what Giovanna and Francesco did at their wonderful open-air Steigenberger Inselhotel wedding ceremony and shooting.

Corsica (France) Elopement

Man, I can’t tell you enough how much I loved this Corsica elopement photo shoot! In other words, everything was exactly how I like it, everything was just perfect: our wonderful Bella & Ben (just real and fun married couple, with no modeling experience except for our first shooting day in Corsica) did such a great job, it was so easy to photograph their love and feelings to each other. Most importantly, they were open and did not care much about a camera pointed in their direction.

Altes Kurhotel Pforzheim Wedding – Verena & Simon

Sometimes wonderful places are just around the corner. Altes Kurhotel Pforzheim wedding location is not an exception. I live myself in about 5 minutes away from it and I am always happy to come back here to photograph a wedding. Living so close gives me an obvious advantage of knowing this area very well, and what an area it is – the Schwarzwald forest is all around you, small lovely river Würm is flowing right through and some beautiful fields make it a great company. I love this place!
